Brewing Suggestions & Tea Guide

Sacred Self Care Made Simple - One Cup at a Time

At Grace & Lilies, we believe tea is more than a drink, it's a ritual of slowing down, breathing deeply, and nourishing your body and soul. If you're new to loose leaf tea, don't worry we'll guide you through each step so you can steep with confidence.

How to Brew Loose Leaf Tea

  1. Measure Your Tea- Use 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf per 8oz cup.
  2. Heat Your Water- Different teas need different water temperatures (see below)
  3. Steep, Inhale, and Exhale & Breathe- Pour the hot water over your tea, cover, and let it steep. This is your moment to pause and be still.
  4. Stain & Sip- Use a tea infuser, strainer, or tea bag (provided by Grace & Lilies) to remove the herbs. Then sip slowly and savor.

Tip: Reuse your herbs! Many teas can be steeped 2-3 times for extra cups of goodness.
